What do I need to take the test?

An R-R capable heart rate belt (for example Polar H10 or similar) and a browser that supports Web Bluetooth. On a computer use Chrome or Edge, on Android use Chrome (or another Chromium browser such as Edge, Samsung Internet or Opera) with Bluetooth and location enabled, and on iPhone use the Bluefy browser.

How long does the measurement take?

The test lasts 2 minutes. Sit or lie still, breathe calmly and avoid talking — movement and speech distort the R-R intervals.

When is the best time to measure?

Right after waking up, before coffee and training, is the most comparable moment. Measuring at the same time of day makes the trend meaningful.

What is HRV?

Heart rate variability is the variation between consecutive heartbeats. More variation usually means a well-recovered, parasympathetically active body; less variation points to stress or fatigue.

What do RMSSD and SDNN mean?

RMSSD reflects short-term, parasympathetic (recovery) activity and is the key day-to-day number. SDNN describes overall variability across the whole recording and reacts more slowly.

What is the LF/HF ratio?

It compares low- and high-frequency power, i.e. the balance between activating and calming regulation. Very high values suggest stress load, very low values can indicate deep rest or under-recovery.

How is the HRV score calculated?

The score combines RMSSD, SDNN, resting heart rate and the balance metrics into a single 0–100 value: 60+ is good, 40–59 moderate and below 40 weak. The colours in your history follow the same scale.

My values differ from my friend's — is that bad?

No. HRV is highly individual and depends on age, genetics and fitness. Compare yourself only with your own baseline and trend.

How can I improve my HRV?

Sleep 7–9 hours regularly, keep alcohol low, hydrate, train with easy aerobic volume plus recovery days, and practise slow breathing (about 6 breaths per minute) for 5–10 minutes daily.

How fast do changes show up?

Sleep, alcohol and hard training show up the next morning. Lasting improvement from training and lifestyle changes usually appears over 4–8 weeks of consistent measuring.

It helps you settle into a calm, steady breathing rhythm during the test. Use the same track each time so your measurements stay comparable.

How do I get the results by email or as a PDF?

After the test you can email the report to yourself and download it as a PDF. Every report also has a shareable link you can send to your coach or doctor.

What happens when my free measurements run out?

Use the "Ask for more" link on the front page — the administrator gets your request by email and can add more measurements to your account.

How does coaching work?

A coach invites an existing user by email. Once the client accepts, the coach can run tests for them and follow their history, while the client keeps their own login and full control — access can be revoked at any time.
